Greater Fel-Sparks are entropic elementals that were once located in Throne of Kil'jaeden of Hellfire Peninsula.
As of patch 2.4.0, Throne of Kil'jaeden underwent a revamping to make it more compatible with daily quests, as a result this mob was removed from game.
