Patch 2.0.10 (2007-03-06): The cooldown for Glimmering Mithril Insignia has been increased from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. - Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Now has a chance to be resisted by players over level 60.
Patch 1.9.0 (2006-01-03): The Glimmering Mithril Insignia will no longer make a player immune to 
[Death Coil].
