Gino is a goblin quest giver located in Storm Peaks. He is on top of the mountain near the teleporter. He can be seen after completing quests with Tore Rumblewrench, after which, the teleporter in K3 takes the player to him.
He was criticized by the Inventor's League for all of his inventions blowing up, though he himself took pride in it.
