Gilblin Stalkers are level 52-53 gilgoblins found in northeastern Swamp of Sorrows. They wiped out all of Crazy Larry's men and took their shipping freighter.

Killing 7 of them is required for 
[15-30] Kill Gil.
Abilities
Backstab — Inflicts 150% weapon damage to an enemy, but only if attacking from behind.
Sinister Strike — Inflicts 110% weapon damage to an enemy.
