Abilities
Cannibalize — When they go low on health, the ghouls will run to a corpse and start cannibalizing it, restoring about 7% of their health every 2 seconds, for 10 seconds.
Frenzy — Increases the Ghoul's attack speed by 150% for a short time.
Can be shackled, trapped, or feared.
Trivia
They are based on the original Ghoul unit from Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos.
