Ghost Iron Nuggets were obtained by attempting to gather Ghost Iron while below a Mining skill level of 515 during the end of Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor. In Legion, all mining nodes were changed to be gatherable with a skill level of 1, which means it can no longer be gathered, but some may still be sold on the Auction House.
