Interact with the Scenic Getaway Portal and choose the new quest option:

 (Quest) A frosty hike in the Grizzly Hills.

This drops players off at ^{[76.9, 40.9]} on Prospector's Point, where the return portal is located. Head west toward Camp Oneqwah to look for flowers, but watch out for the level-scaled Anglerweeds and Irritated Worker Bees while picking them! Also, A Curious Critter can pop out:

A small critter emerges from behind the flower! It seems to like you!

After gathering the required amount, return to the event area and speak with Gabbo Blinkwink:

 (Quest) I have flowers from Grizzly Hills.

Take the Scenic Getaway Portal:

 (Quest) A frosty hike in the Grizzly Hills.

On the other side of the portal, head past the Path of Iron toward the forest with a river where Gala Attendees are fishing or gathering herbs. Start picking Lavenblooms, Lush Lavenblooms, Sugar Orchids, Lush Sugar Orchids, Orange Illiciums, and Lush Orange Illiciums. The plants may summon hostile Irritated Worker Bees and Anglerweeds and friendly Curious Critters.

Once enough are collected, take the portal back and speak with Laverne:
