Gerard was a sailor and a friend of Derek Proudmoore. He was described as a veteran of many battles and served as a lookout on Derek's ship. When the Third Fleet attacked the orcs, Gerard noticed red dragons and became very terrified but managed to tell it to Derek.[1]
It is presumed that he died during the dragon attack.
