General Tel'arn is a night elf located in the Chamber of War at Black Rook Hold. He was one of the greatest heroes during the War of the Ancients, but after being risen, his failures had driven him insane. Heroes are sent in by Rensar Greathoof to grant him eternal rest.[1]
