The Gaze of N'Zoth is an eye stalk located at the Akhenet Fields in Uldum when 
[50] Assault: The Black Empire is active. Killing Foul Observers can also force spawn the Gaze.
Abilities
Hysteria — Increases all casting and attack speeds by 10% while increasing the cost of all abilities by 3%. If the victim reaches 20 applications of Hysteria they will go insane for 4 sec.
Void Bolt — Inflicts 20 Shadow damage to an enemy.
