Gag Order is a Tier 2 Protection talent. It gives [Pummel] and [Heroic Throw] a chance to silence the target, and reduces the cooldown of Heroic Throw.

Patch changes

• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
  
• Hotfix (2011-12-06): Using Pummel, modified by Gag Order, will now Silence the target for 3 seconds in addition to locking out the spell school for 4 seconds.
  
• Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): Now applies to [Pummel] instead of [Shield Bash]. Icon changed to

  Old: Gives your Shield Bash and [Heroic Throw] a 50% chance to silence the target for 3 sec. Also lowers the cooldown on Heroic Throw by 15/30 sec.
  

• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now a Tier 5 talent, down from Tier 2. Now lowers the cooldown on Heroic Throw by 15/30 sec instead of increasing the damage of [Shield Slam] by 5/10%.
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
