Fura is a blood elf located in Warspear Outpost on Ashran. She serves as the Mage Portal NPC for the Horde in Ashran and can summon a Water Elemental.

Function

In exchange for 300 [Artifact Fragment], Fura will open a Mage Portal for the Horde just south of the centre of Ashran, which Horde players can use to teleport back to Warspear. The Portal has a guardian NPC, and is one-way only. Active Mage Portals are shown on the map as blue exclamation marks.

Supplying Fura with Artifact Fragments rewards [Honor Points] and reputation with Vol'jin's Spear.

Abilities

Blizzard — Calls down a blizzard that lasts 8 sec., inflicting Frost damage every 2 sec. to all enemies in a selected area.
Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 4 sec.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
Ice Lance — Deals Frost damage to an enemy target. Causes double damage against Frozen targets.
