Hotfix (2024-08-27): Resolved an issue causing Frostwhelp's Aid talent to display 0%.
Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Now grants 8% Mastery per target hit (was 4% per point). Now a 1-point talent.
Patch 10.1.5 (2023-07-11): Mastery increase is now 50% effective in PvP combat.
Hotfix (2023-02-06): Frostwhelp's Aid damage increased by 100%.
