Frostshard is a large earth elemental found wandering in the ravine between Frosthoof Watch and Highmountain Peak in Highmountain.
Abilities
Arctic Slam — Slams the ground, inflicting Frost damage and freezing all nearby enemies, as well as firing crystal shards at random destinations that inflict Frost damage on impact.
