This item was a quest reward from   [60R] Frostfire Bindings. The required quest item  [Desecrated Bindings] dropped from Anub'Rekhan, Grand Widow Faerlina and Gluth in Naxxramas.

It was removed from the game, but later reintroduced via the Black Market Auction House with a starting bid of 10,000.
