The Frostblade Shrine is located at the peak of Frostblade Peak in Howling Fjord. Players can meditate at the shrine to cleanse themselves of their Inner Turmoil and lighten their soul with a three-minute Slow Fall buff which can be used to BASE jump off the peak back in to Howling Fjord to the south or into the Grizzly Hills to the north.
To reach the shrine, take the path in between Camp Winterhoof and Fort Wildervar leading north to the Grizzly Hills. To the east is a marked, but not all that noticeable path leading up to the peak.
