Hello, trying to recover my account Savaena but I am not receiving the emails at all. I've checked my spam and filters and believe that my WoWpedia account may either be compromised or the email was changed. - Heya Warcrafter. Unfortunately, the wiki's indicating that no valid email address was specified for the Savaena account, or it was never confirmed. By design, the password reset prompt says it will send a message even if the email address is invalid. That account's last edit was in September 2011, which is beyond the IP address logging period. I apologize, but I can't modify that account unless I'm sure it's yours.
- You may wish to consider renaming your Warcrafter account to something along the lines of "Savaena 2". Before you do that, make sure you set up an email address and confirm it on the Warcrafter account first, as I'm not seeing a confirmed email address on this account either. If you want to change this account's username (to whatever you want), reply back here and I'll be glad to take care of that for you. - Hi, thanks so much for looking into this for me, I understand it was a while ago since I accessed that account. I appreciate the help. :) I'd like to go ahead and keep the name I have now for this new account, but was wondering who I should let know about the confirmation trouble I'm experiencing with my email. When I entered my email address and sent out the confirmation, I never received the email. Checked my email filters, junk mail, ect; as well as sent the email a few times. Anything else I should try?
