I think we should review of what creatures exist in WoW. I'm bringing this up because "Jellyfish" is one of them I've notice that exists but no such page, icon, etc., exists for it. Examples of some Jellyfish:  [Bleakwater Jelly], Soulthirster. And that pet jellyfish has lore about a "Helsquid" — SurafbrovWarcraft Wiki administrator T / C 19:02, 27 September 2017 (UTC)

I haven't actually played through Stormheim or Maw of Souls at all, but helsquids definitely seem to be a creature type deserving their own page. Apparently they're giant Helheim squids that suck the souls out of their victims, or something.

The problem is the battle pets that use the helsquid model but don't seem to actually be meant as helsquids, but rather just as regular tiny jellyfish. Similar to how  [Syd the Squid] uses a merciless one model but seems to just be meant as a regular squid and not as a brain-devouring eldritch deep-sea horror. -- DeludedTroll (talk • contribs) 06:17, 28 September 2017 (UTC)

The "Helsquid" name at least has the merit of being thematically coherent with Helhounds :D And who says that regular squids are not brain-devouring eldritch deep-sea horrors? I'm still traumatized after Vash'jir. Xporc (talk) 07:53, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
