Forsaken Refugees are Forsaken refugees on the streets of Orgrimmar, having escaped their homes in the Undercity from the invading Alliance armies during the Battle for Lordaeron. Most are resting in camps or wandering the city streets of Orgrimmar. The one located in the Cleft of Shadow is seen working at his two tables which contain several abomination parts.

After the Forsaken reclaimed the Ruins of Lordaeron, the refugees left Orgrimmar and came to the city.
