  Permanently enchant a melee weapon to often heal for 240 and increase Strength by 40 for 15 sec when attacking in melee. Has a reduced effect for players above level 30. Cannot be applied to items higher than level 50.

The formula is dropped by Scarlet Archmages and Scarlet Praetorians in Tyr's Hand in the Eastern Plaguelands. Note that these mobs stops spawning after turning in  [15-30] Soft Landing.

The subject of this section has been removed from World of Warcraft but is present in Classic Era.

In Classic, the formula is also dropped by Scarlet Spellbinders around Hearthglen in the Western Plaguelands.
