Forgotten Dragon Treasure.

The Forgotten Dragon Treasure is found beneath a ruined tower in the Mirror of the Sky in the Ohn'ahran Plains. It is opened with the [Everliving Wooden Key].

How to open

Loot the Crystalline Flowers to obtain 5x [Crystalline Petals] to create the [Slumber Incense]. The flowers may only have 2 up at a time.
Stand in front of the The First Kurnal at ^{[67.03, 43.72]} and use the [Slumber Incense] to gain the 20 second buff Lucid Dreaming.
Immediately start heading to the cave at ^{[66.97, 50.36]}. The buff provides a walk on water effect and allow the player to see colorful flowers on the river which refreshes the buff's duration.
After you reach the cave, open the Emerald Chest inside before the buff expires to obtain the [Everliving Wooden Key].
Head to ^{[53.29, 68.90]}, swim to the bottom at the submerged structure while also being mindful of the Quiescent Threshadon. Open the Forgotten Dragon Treasure, found in the first floor of the building.
