Soulsteel Anvil.

The Soulsteel Anvil, also called the Forge of Domination and Soul Forge, is located at ^{[20.0, 66.8]} on the highest accessible platform at the Altar of Domination in the Maw. It is capable of soulforging souls (including animal souls) and stygia into constructs through runes of Domination.

 [Stygia Bar] and  [Armored Husk] are created on the anvil as part of the  [Bound Shadehound] acquisition.

Trivia

• During development, the original interface for the Runecarver to make legendary armor was called the Forge of Domination.
