Floral Recycling is a conduit for restoration druids. It drops from Mueh'zala in De Other Side and Kel'Thuzad in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
