Each time Flayed Shot deals damage, you have a 15% chance to gain Flayer's Mark, causing your next [Kill Shot] to be free and usable on any target, regardless of their current health, and deal 25% increased damage.;

Flayed Shot is the hunter class ability of the Venthyr Covenant. It's available to all hunters who join the Venthyr.

This ability is also temporarily available during the Revendreth portion of the Shadowlands campaign; it's given by the quest [58-60] The Authority of Revendreth and lasts until you finish the Revendreth storyline.

Patch changes

Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): Duration increased to 18 seconds (was 14 seconds) and costs no Focus (was 10). Flayer's Mark now also increases the damage of your next [Kill Shot] by 25%.
Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Added.
