Flare is a level 19 hunter ability. It reveals any stealthed, hidden or invisible enemies in a targeted area.

This ability is required to reveal the various taming challenge beasts of Pandaria.
Flare is a rare Hunter spell in Hearthstone. The flavor text reads: "Not only does it reveal your enemies, but its also great for parties!"
Flare is one of Rexxar's talents in Heroes of the Storm.

Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 19 (was 38).
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now has a 40-yard range (was 30 yards).
Patch 2.4.0 (2008-03-25): Casting Flare while in any way not visible, will no longer cause your flare to be invisible to other players.
Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22): Cooldown increased to 20 seconds (was 15 seconds), and duration reduced to 20 seconds (was 30 seconds).
Patch 2.0.3 (2007-01-09): Will now properly reveal Mages that have used [Invisibility].
