Flame-Scarred Junkboxes are obtained from pickpocketing mobs in level 80-85 Cataclysm Zones. Droprate is presumed to be higher for higher level mobs and elite mobs. This also appears to be the secondary way for rogues to level lockpicking past 400 so they can open 
[Elementium Lockbox] which require 425 Lockpicking.
