First Booster Part drops from the Enigma Ward at [60, 79] on Jaguero Isle off the eastern shore of the Cape of Stranglethorn when three players use their 
[Torch of Pyrreth] to light the three braziers beneath Princess Poobah.
This is one of the three parts needed to make the 
[Mimiron's Jumpjets] mount, part of Secrets of Azeroth.
