The Fireguard Destroyer appears as a common card for the Shaman class in the Blackrock Mountain adventure of Hearthstone. Two copies of the card are rewarded for defeating Lord Victor Nefarius in the Blackwing Lair wing. The flavor text reads: "Ragnaros interviews hundreds of Fire Elementals for the position of "Destroyer" but very few have what it takes."
