Fiora Longears was a high elf located on the pier in Auberdine in Darkshore. After the Cataclysm, Fiora is nowhere to be seen in Darkshore, nor is she at her original location in Theramore. It is probable she has been lost at sea after the destruction of Auberdine, and there is no sighting or mention of her in the quest 
[5-30] The Last Wave of Survivors.
Her name is an alias. She seems to be a criminal of some sort, as she refuses to tell her real name, is interested in gathering wyvern poison and doesn't want adventurers to tell the authorities about her.
