Hotfix (2024-01-22): Damage increased by 10%.
Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21):
- Now has a 15% chance to reset the cooldown of Hammer of Wrath and make it useable regardless of the target's health (was 10%).
- No longer deals increased damage in PvP combat (was 10%).
- Moved from row 9 to row 4. Now a choice node with [Justicar's Vengeance].
