Both Thrall and Grom has been depicted both with and without noserings: However as far as I can tell, typically Grom is depicted with, and Thrall without. Thrall is, I think, most often depicted with blue eyes. It would make more sense for this to be Thrall, but based on the shoulders it looks more like a random orc grunt in my opinion.
