- Grants access to the ferry network in Tiragarde Sound.
The Ferry Pass in lore is required for Alliance players to use the ferry network in Tiragarde Sound. In actual gameplay, players who complete 
[10-60] Ferry Pass during the introduction to Kul Tiras quest chain unlock the use of the network, much like how 
[Cold Weather Flying] was used to unlock flying in Northrend for example.
It seems that the harbormaster of Boralus is the only one authorized to issue a pass.[1]
