The Felsworn Deserter is a deceased orc found in the Rainfern Basin northeast of the Iron Front in Tanaan Jungle. Next to him is the Stolen Captain's Chest. He apparently decided to leave the Iron Horde due to the meager rations but was killed before he got far.
