Felix Whindlebolt is a gnome quest giver located in Whitebeard's Encampment within Coldridge Valley in Dun Morogh.
Trying to rejoin his fellow gnomes, Felix got lost on the way from Anvilmar to Gnomeregan. While traveling, his sole possessions switched hands and now belong to the Frostmane ice trolls. Whindlebolt entices adventurers with soft hearts to help him get his things back and in turn become his "savior".
