Felhounds are level 56-57 felhounds found north of the Dark Portal in the Blasted Lands. They are commanded by Felguard Sentries.
Abilities
Drain Life — Drains health from an enemy over 5 sec., transferring it to the caster.
Noxious Breath — Deals Nature damage over 10 sec.
Patch changes
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Updated with a new model. 
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Level increased from 54-55 to 56-57.
