Fel Interlopers are succubi that appear out of fel portals when they are closed by a 
[Scroll of Spatial Mending].
Abilities
Flame Lash — Burns an enemy, then inflicts additional Fire damage every 3 sec. for 21 sec.
Shadow Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage.
