A barrel of Fantastic Fish is found at [26.5, 5.7] on the small island just offshore of Eventide Landing in northwestern Shadowmoon Valley. It contains 10 
[Garrison Resources]. There's also a cache of Stolen Treasure just northwest in the Paletide Cave. Beyond that, kill rare darter Bahameye and find the Sunken Treasure underneath the stolen Iron Horde ship for more resources.
Tracking quest
To check whether the barrel of fantastic fish is looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(34174))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the barrel of fantastic fish is looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
