The Fallen Earthen Warrior is a level 74 earthen who is apart of Kurun's forces and can be located at the plaza of Thor Modan in the Grizzly Hills. After being severely wounded, he is found by adventurers when he is inches away from death. In his dying breath he implores them to Kurun and tell him that they cannot take the city.
