Eye of the Storm Envoys were blood elf Eye of the Storm recruiters located at various spots throughout the largest Horde cities - Orgrimmar, Silvermoon City, Thunder Bluff, and Undercity, as well as the neutral Shattrath City. They were only available during the monthly Call to Arms: Eye of the Storm.
Trivia
- Contrary to the named Eye of the Storm Horde battlemasters they did not seem to be Blood Knights.
Patch changes
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed, along with related Call to Arms events.
