Eye of C'Thun is the proof of the Old God C'Thun's defeat in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj. It has a 100% drop rate, and begins 
[30R] C'Thun's Legacy, a brief quest chain that rewards you with one of the following items:
[Amulet of the Fallen God] • 
[Cloak of the Fallen God] • 
[Ring of the Fallen God]
Notes
- The Alliance victors over C'Thun took one of many eyes of the Old God and presented it to Varok Saurfang. One of their heroes kept it, but where it went after the battle is another mystery according to Zekhan.[1]
- Eye of C'Thun is also the name of C'Thun's gigantic eyeball form in phase 1. However, the item is described as "an eye stalk of the fiend," which is likely the eye of a tentacle.
- An Eye of C'Thun marble was included in the World of Warcraft: Classic Press Kit.
