Expurgation is a conduit for retribution paladins. It drops from Ventunax in the Spires of Ascension and the Eye of the Jailer in the Sanctum of Domination.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
