The Experimental Buff Mine is a land mine located in a house in the Dwarven District of the Vision of Stormwind. To reach it, adventurers must avoid a great number of Tamper-Proof Teleportation Mines. Upstairs, an Engineer's Note will explain its use. Stepping on it will empower the user, increasing their damage dealt by 10% for the remainder of the vision.
