The Experimental Anima Cell is sometimes available for purchase from Brokers Ve'ken and Ve'nott in layers 9-12 of Torghast, Tower of the Damned for 300 
[Phantasma]. When used, it summons an Anima Hoard offering various unique anima powers with silly or cosmetic effects.
