Experience Eliminated is the buff that is applied from the following experience eliminators for a 10
fee.

Patch 8.2.0 (2019-06-25): XP will now be reduced by 95% for groups in the same party or raid when invited manually.
- There is no impact on players who find themselves automatically grouped by the matchmaker while doing PvP or Group Finder dungeons.[1]
