	Euphoria; Tier 3 Balance druid talent; Passive; While not in an Eclipse state, you have a 12/24% chance to double the Solar or Lunar energy generated by your Wrath or Starfire when they deal damage. This effect cannot occur when you need less than 65 energy to reach one end of the Eclipse bar.; ; When you reach a Solar or Lunar eclipse, you instantly are restored 8/16% of your total mana.;

Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Redesigned as a level 100 Balance talent (was a level 38 Balance ability): You feel a deeper connection to the stars, reducing your Balance Energy cycle time by 50%. Additionally, your Lunar and Solar Empowerments also reduce the cast time of the affected spells by 20%.
Previous effect: While not in an Eclipse state, your Wrath, Starfire, and Starsurge spells generate double the normal amount of Solar or Lunar energy.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now a level 38 Balance ability (was a tier 3 Balance talent). No longer restores mana when reaching Solar or Lunar eclipse. Now applies to Starsurge and proc chance increased from 24% to 100%.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Added.
