Eternal Enforcers are skeletal trolls located in the Battle of Dazar'alor.
Abilities
Impale — Hurls a spear at a player, inflicting 2578 Physical damage immediately and pinning them to the ground. While pinned the player suffers 1375 Physical damage every 2 sec. The spear can be pulled out by an ally to free the affected player.
Spear Swipe — Strikes players in a frontal cone up to 5 yards away for 4297 Physical damage.
