The Enraged Panther is a panther found in a cage in the Thousand Needles.
Wizlo Bearingshiner's caravan was transporting the panther until it was attacked by centaurs. Wizlo has the 
[Panther Cage Key], but had left a gizmo tied around the panther's neck.
Respawn time is at least 15 minutes.
