The Engine of Souls is a cage-like construct, containing the Desolate Host proper, that forms half of The Desolate Host encounter.

- The Desolate Host's heart uses a fel-warped Tears of Elune model.
- It uses the sound files of devourers, as it is a variant of the cage portion of the Reliquary of Souls.
