Enchantress Herim is a blood elf located on the middle rise in Thunder Bluff. She can be found outside the Dawnstrider Enchanters business, speaking with Teg Dawnstrider. She used to provide arcane reforging, but now directs players to the ethereals in Orgrimmar's Drag for their reforging needs.
