Enchanted Highmistresses are Highborne elven mobs walking the glass terrace of Azshara's Palace in Well of Eternity.
They also appear in The Deaths of Chromie dropping 
[Sands of Time].

Red Highmistress
Firebomb — Unleashes a wave of flame, inflicting Fire damage to nearby enemies and reducing their movement speed for 6 sec.
Fireball — Inflicts 23125 to 26875 Fire damage to an enemy.
Blue Highmistress
Blizzard — Calls down a blizzard that lasts 8 sec., inflicting Frost damage every 2 sec. to all enemies in a selected area.
Frostbolt — Inflicts 23125 to 26875 Frost damage to an enemy.
